elevated absolute lymph, MCV, alt, ast and spotting between period like when wiping see a tint of pink blood

what could be wrong, I had a period on the the 23rd of october now the 7th of november have noticed blood when I wipe only on the paper and light pink in color. I had recent blood work it showed elevated liver enzyme alt and ast also showed elevated MCV and elevated absolute lymph any suggestions to what could be going on with my body?
