gestational sac and endometrial cyst

Good am. I've been 10 days delayed from my monthly menstration when I got bleed. I went to my ob and she said that my cervix is closed so no need for ultravaginal test. but she gave medicine to take, duphaston and hemostat for one week. but after i take that im still bleeding. but the bleed appears only during urination and i take force when bowel and evrytime Im mad or stressed and I always vomit every morning. I took pregnancy test through urine but its negative. so I went to radiologist to take my ultravaginal test. the impression of the radiologist is slightly enlarged anteverted uterus wiht the following considerations 1. developing gestational sac and endometrial cyst. what does it mean? and why I bleed during those times? please help me.. thank you
