hCG Levels: How Far Along Am I?

On Dec. 22, I had blood work done which came back that I was pregnant.  My hCG level was nearly a little over 128,000.  I have not seen my doctor (appt. in 2 weeks), but the nurse at his office said that I was either 3 to 4 months along or having a multiple pregnancy. I am so confussed and excited. I just want to know how far along I am.  I would think that I am farther along, but before I was pregnant I was having very irregualr periods. Therefore I have no way of saying for sure. My last period was Oct. 13, but it was over a month late and the home tests (ept's) I took at that time told me I was not pregnant.  

Any information would be considered helpful.

wow don't know what to tell ya but good luck and congrats!!! at least you know now and not at 9 months... my friend did that she had periods all threw her preg.. and went to the hosp. one night cuz of serve stomach pains and the er doc told her thats what happens when your in labor???? she had a beautiful girl... still i wonder

My hcg levels went from 9628 last wednesday 10/20 to 26000 today 10/28.
Is that good that they pretty much doubled.
