Well I don't really have an answer for you, but I did want to say welcome! :)
I am a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys obsessive over things sometimes, especially things I can't control, and that has really gotten to me. I just try to keep calm and trust my doctor's, as hard as that is! Good luck with everything, and I hope you find some peace :).
Someone once told me that during life changes, anxiety and fears always rear their ugly heads...it is like one uncertainty sparks a million others. I have never suffered from panic attacks or anxiety HOWEVER now that I am pregnant (20 w) I seem to have a mini panic attack once a week over crazy things to do with the baby like some concern over amniotic fluid...the umbilical cord...laying on my back in the middle of my sleep...I usually am pretty successful at pushing these concerns out of my head. Hang in there!
