hcg and progestrone levels

I took a pregnancy test 10 dpo and got a positive
The last time i got pregnant i had to take progestrone so i called my doctor to go ahead and get my blood work and to see about going ahead and starting progestrone. The nurse told me we would have to wait and see what my levels were first. I got blood test done 12 dpo my hcg were only a 10 and progestrone i believe she was 17. She said not to worry about progestrone it looked good beut we needed to test again to see if the hcg levels goes up so i went back 4 days later 2 days after missed period. My hcg went up to 27 but my progestrone went down to 11. The doctor simply said you will have a miscarriage because my levels were to low. I thought they would at least try and give me progestrone to try but they wouldnt. I havent started bleeding yet? We are so upset and dont know what to think. Any help or advice for me? I would think your levels would be okay at the HCG range, however your progesterone is low and you should probably get on sups.  I dont see where they can say that you will have a miscarriage when you were only 2 days passed your missed period.  I would probably go to another Dr and get your levels tested once more, just to see if they go up.  So sorry your Dr had to say that to you!
