hcg tripling every 48 hrs but prog is low?

ok..here;s my story>>i just had a miscarriage on 12/7/09>>>and I found out that I am preggo again on 12/25/09. Went to the dr. because I have open testing for hcg and progesterone due to my 2 previous miscarriage.
on 12/31/09 hcg was 23 and prog was 13.6 (10 dpo)
1/2/10 hcg was 81 and pro was 11.4 (12 dpo)
1/4/10 hcg was 310..stll waiting on prog. (14 dpo)
Has anyone had hcg numbers tripling but low progesteron and had a successful pregnancy?

the numbers are fine but you need progesterone suppliments right away so you do not ahve another mc!!! I mean ASAP hours make the difference! My cousin had her HCG even drop from 111 to 25 and got on progesterone and the baby was fine.

Put in a call to your dr tomight and go to a 24 hour pharmacy to get it!!! Please do not wait or it could be devistating!

I have low progesterone also and it makes all the difference! They should of ordered it for you right away with the first test! That says to me that the dr is not going to be agressive or is one that does not really believe in the suppliments. I would even go to the er if I were you!

W/ my first pregnancy my progesterone was really low, I had to take meds for it. I lost my baby when I was 29wks, but it had nothing to do w/ the progesterone, she had alot of complications. I am now 29wks pregnant w/ my second and did not need the meds. So I guess w/ every pregnancy it varies. Good luck to you!!
