Some women are sick for a good part of their pregnancy, I got horrible migraines and was still vomiting up until about 18 or 20 weeks.
You could talk to your doctor as there are meds you could go on for the headaches and the nausea. I opted out of taking the nausea meds since I was already on a number of medicines but I did give into taking headache meds, it was too unbearable.

Is it possible that your headaches are related to dehydration? You should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. You could also try laying down and taking very deep slow breaths for a few minutes. Going outside and breathing deeply seemed to help me cope with it until my meds kicked in. You could also try putting an ice pack on your head.

I hope you feel better soon.

I was sick and vomitting until 22 weeks with my son. Most women, by the second trimester, feel so much better, but there are a few of us who experience it longer for some reason. I am 14w 3d and still vomit every morning, but my nausea has seemed to calm down a lot during the day thankfully. I know you can take medicine for it that your doc prescribes, but I hate taking anything if I don't have to. I get occassional headaches, and it is usually related to stress or not drinking enough fluids (which I am having a hard time doing even now!)  I really do hope you get some relief soon! It's no fun feeling yucky everyday, but I try to remember it's all for a good reason! =)

Hi, I was sick the whole way through both my pregnancies, the whole 40 weeks, i was still vomiting after the birth, i had to go into hospital a few times for anti nausia and fluids, i was sick all day and night, and it was just awful. I wasnt quite as bad the second time but still sick everyday for the whole pregnancy. I found if you can keep it down Blackmores morning sickness formula (its just vit. B and ginger) it helps if you can keep it down, and just ginger tea, these gave me some releif. Good luck!
