help massive headache....

help massive headache....

I am 6wks and I have always been prone to migraines well now with being pregnant I was told no pain meds in first trimester.....so I need other suggestions on how to get rid of it without taken meds! I have done the water to make sure I wasn't dehydrated but didn't help. Any other suggestions....please please help....it's greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Try taking two tylenol, it won't hurt your baby. And lay Down in a dark room with either a cool rag or ice pack on your head and rest try to take a nap. That always helps me. :)

This is weird, but I found chocolate milk helps me. I have no idea how or why, and the doctor is even unsure, it's a long shot but maybe it might work.
