hey everyone

hey i just had blood work done cause the baby never made it to the sac and they wanted to  make sure i pass the sac.does anyone know what they would do if ur levels double instead of dropping?

Just wait, b/c my levels double at first too once there was no heart beat. I chose to wait it out and follow my levels to 0 it took forever. However I am at peace that nature took its course and got my cycle 1 wk after they hit 0. Now I am 2 days late and not sure if preg again or my body is just messed up from everything. Do whats in your heart is right.

If your levels are doubling then you're more than likely not miscarrying. I don't understand what you mean by "the baby never made it to the sac". The egg forms a sac after fertilization so the embryo would be inside.

I would wait things out a couple of weeks. If you're not bleeding, your levels are doubling, then you're probably still pregnant.

if your levels are going up and there is no baby in the sac, then you need to be checked for a molar pregnancy, if your levels keep going up then you might have one

sorry i have more to add on...

plus i had no bleeding with mine and my levels were going up and up and up and it wasnt until i had a ultrasound at 10 weeks that we saw there was no baby ended up being the molar pregnancy which is basically where your placenta feeds your uterus thinking you are pregnant and you end up getting growths in your uterus
