high HCG levels

i went in to the hospital today, they found a 8 inch cyst on my overy and a bladder infection, they did u/s and said my pregnancy is about 7 weeks than they did a blood test and said my HCG levels are higher than what they should be according to the u/s. my first day of my last period was aug. 22 which puts me 6w 5d but my blood test is putting me at 10-12w my u/s puts me 7w  so which is it? i am uterly confussed and worried please help.

hCG levels are not an accurate indicator of how many weeks you are. They are different in all women and shouldn't be used to gauge how far a pregnancy is. Go by your ultrasound and LMP,
and ignore the blood test.

Your ultrasound is more accurate than your HCG level's..... I would go by your ultrasound.
