If your doctor didn't say anything about it - then it's game on.  With my first miscarriage I got pregnant again the very next cycle - miscarried then also and went in for testing. It was found I have a blood issue for which I take baby aspirin and am now 32 weeks pregnant.  Some say it's recommended to wait a cycle before trying again.  A woman at work get pregnant and gave birth to a healthy girl the cycle after she miscarried. I don't think there is a right or wrong answer to your question!!  Good luck.
