how to get back popping out belly button?

hi i would like to ask how to get back my belly button its popping out since im 7 years old and now im already 22 years old.  im really shy to every body when they saw my belly button pls help me, what should i do? is this dangerous? is there any medicine to bring it back?. please help me i really dont like my belly button now, its embarrassing. thanks hope u can give me answer to my question

Some people just have "outtie" belly buttons.  It's nothing to be a shamed of.  There's nothing I know of or have ever heard of to make it go in.  It all has to do with how the umbilical cord is tied at birth and how it heals.

On another note....it COULD be some kind of hernia...however that usually involves pain and discomfort
