hpt's??

hello ladies... in your opinion, which hpt's are better? this morning i took a $store hpt. and i saw the faintest of lines and now because it came from the $store, im questioning if its just cuz its a cheep test and thats why and maybe i should upgrade to something else and just be sure... whats the best test in your opinion??

I like EPT for some reason...maybe it was because it was the test that I used when I got my FIRST positive with my first pregnancy so now I hold it dear to me lol.  I also like the First Response Early Results tests.  The $ Store ones are supposed to be good...lots of ladies on here use them and get positives.  I'd follow up with another test though and then call your doctor to confirm the pregnancy and set up some appointments.  Congrats!  It sounds promising to me =)

I like First Response Early Results tests.  I also used EPT when I got my BFP.. I have never used a dollar store one so I have no advice there. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. Good luck

I always use First Response, but I follow up a positive with like 10000 dollar store tests. I just wanted to make sure.Hehehe they are very accurate. I would follow up with a FRER just to be positive. Good Luck and keep us posted.

i gave up trying to get pregnant because i had two miscarriages in the matter of months but i had a dream that i was so i decided to test just to see... im only about 10dpo so it is still kinda early.

$tree hpt can detect 25mui of the hcg levels, they are pretty much accurate, hey, i took a test today and it was BFN, and so was the FRER.  Last april when i was preggo i got BFP 11 days before my cycle with $tree hpt.  Im sure that is a positive, you can test with another one in the mourning to see if the line gets darker, or go out and buy a more expensive one and test in mourning.  Is AF late, do you think your preggo?  Like sweet said, a lot of women has used the $tree ones, i have a lot of faith in them.  You can also go to peeonastick . c o m, they will give you a comparison of hpt, and $tree test are just as sensitive.  Im cheap when it comes to poas lol, and i poas a lot, so if i can get 12 test for 12 dollars instead of 2 test for 13 dollars, i rather poas for 12 days lol.  But what i gathered from that website is that a lot of test can detect levels at 25mui.  Good luck keep us posted

no my af isnt late,lol. its all cuz i had a dream that i poas and it turned posative right before my eyes so i decided to test. maybe my body was telling me something. and usually from the time i O until my af i have symptoms that mimick pregnancy horrably. and i drove myself nuts thinking if i was or wasnt. but this month my sypmtoms where much less than what they normally are so i thought hmm, maybe something is going here....

I used dollar general two days before af and it was super faint, so i ran out and got a FRER and still got a faint.  I am now almost 24 weeks.

Clear Blue Easy digital!! The ONLY way to go. Just don't test too early or it's a waste of money. I also liked the Answer brand test, I used it just to make sure the digital was right. I got a "pregnant" reading within 20 seconds on the CBE (there truly is nothing like seeing that word on the test!!) and a very dark positive line on the Answer test within 30 seconds. I'm impatient so these tests were great!! :)

well, i tested again this morning with fmu and it was a bfn. so i guess my dream was just a dream.... this time i used an ept. you dont think $ store tests are more sensitive do you? it is still kinda early for me to be testing, but im impatient like the rest of you! ;-)

$ store tests are generally not more sensitive. I prefer FRER and found them to be reliable.
