hypothyroid and pregnancy

my periods were 3 days early what it means have i ovulated early or my lp was short also i had hypothyroid and my meds were adjusted this month how long will it take for the level of harmones to be ok can i conceive or not

Yes, you ovulated early which could be due to the change in your medications. Sometimes it can take many months to get hormones stabilized, sometimes not as long. Are you being monitored by your doctor on a monthly basis to check your levels?
