hypotyroid in my 5 th week

Hi ,
now i am 9th pregnant.
doctor found i have hypothyroid in my 5th week.
I have 3.75. She gave me l-tyroxin50mg.
Is it safe to use this medision?
I Don't have morning sickness .
Is it normal?
Is my baby good?
I feel little bit worried.
