If you have an irregular cycle you can chart your temperature
. You need to be asleep for at least three hours straight before you take it, and at the same time every morning. Put the thermometer somewhere you can reach it easily, without having to move much. 14 days after the start day of your period you should ovulate. there are websites that can help you figure it out if you go to www.ovulationcalculator.org/ on this website there is a place to put in the first day of your period and then hit calculate and it will tell you when you ovulate. if you google pregnancy calculators there are some that may be a little better in helping you figure out the best chance to conceive.
You can also try *******************. They have great info too. When I was ttc, I uploaded the app on my iPhone, it tells you when you should see AF, when you are ovulating and when its the best time to ttc. I've never been good with my ovulation and all that cos my AF was always all over the place, up and down like a yoyo due to PCOS. But this app/website came in very very handy.
Ok.. The last one they took out was dot come, without the e.
Eesh.. They should let up a lil bit. I hope the d o t works this time. if it doesn't, you should get the gist by now..
I have found the best way to tell when I'm going to ovulate is by using ovulation pee sticks (ovulation predictor kit) which you can get at Target Walgreens Wal Mart CVS pretty much everywhere. Just follow the directions on the box it tells you what days to test and everything :)
