i feel so ill.... yuck!

hey ladies, i need your input. i am 34 weeks a long...with my second child. this pregnancy is TOTALLY different then my first, so im not sure if what i am feeling is good or not.  all day ive had period like cramps in my lower abdomen... mostly on my left side... and my lower back is KILLING me!!  i seriously feel like i would if my period was coming. is this a sign of things progressing? should i be concerned? every once in a while i will get a really sharp pain in my lower tummy as well... it totally takes my breath away thats how much it hurts. and even as i sit here... totally relaxed, my lower stomach is throbbing. im not sure if this is normal... any thoughts??

if the pain actually takes your breath away i wonder if its a contraction?
which is scary as your as far along as me only a day or two later! the lower back thing is normal ive had it lately making em almost cry, but the throbbing pain sounds weird, id totally calll the doc!
