implantation bleeding or period about to start?

I am 19 years old. I have irregular periods. but this august I lost my virginity and every saturday and sunday of the week. I have had sexual intercourse. I have had mild cramping and bleed only a day and had brown staining the middle of the month.then it stopped I took a pregnancy test after but it said negative. it is now september and it is the first week and i have pink when I wipe for a day and had brownish discharge. I am bloated and I've been feeling more tired then usual. and my apetite has definately increased. am i pregnant??? is this implantation bleeding? or my period coming?? cause i usually bleed rite after cramps. but still nothing and its been a month and a week now.
