is monistat 3 safe.?? im 21 weeks pregnant!

i was wondering if monistat 3 is safe im 21 weeks and 5 days pregnant and i was dignosed with strep b about a week ago and i have been on anitbotys that have caused me to get a yeast ifenction?
is it safe plz answer thanks;)
