i am 2 months late for my peiod and i took 6 pee tests and 3 blood tests all were negative except one on friday i took a blood test and it was 21 and on monday it was -1 so is it still possible to be pregnant?
Sorry... it is not. Anything below 5 is considered "not pregnant". You might have been pregnant, or you might have a cyst. If you have a cyst, it can expell the hCG hormone which will show up on blood tests. If you have not had a period in over 2 months, I think you need to visit your doctor so he/she can evaluate what the cause of the hCG is and why you haven't been getting your period.
Non-pregnant womenWomen's way can have HCG levels up to 5. I do not believe you are pregnant. There may be something else going on that is causing strange cycles and an HCG level of 21, after which is plummeted. How does one get a negative HCG level?
I know that I did have a -2 hcg level one time (because I was late, I had the doctor do a blood test to be sure). I didn't ask why, but I definitly wasn't pregnant. The cyst situation is a possibility, but maybe you were pregnant and had a miscarriage? Those are the one 2 reasons I could think could be the reason why you had a 21 hcg before and then -1. But if you got anything less then 5 your most likely not pregnant. Were you maybe taking any medications (that could have altered the test)??
