My doctor told me I wasnt allowed anything besides normal tylenol cuz I used to take T3's allthe time. My doctor told me codene isnt too safe for the baby.  But different doctors, different opinions.

Check with your doc and see if they will prescribe Atarax. Its an anthihistamine, but works on migraines. It will make yousleepy though so you will only want to take it when you are not driving or working. My doc prescribed it for me because Codeine makes me sick, but Tylenol 3 is what I had when I was pregnant with #2. if your doc says its okay then you and the baby will be fine. My little girl is healthy as can be and now 7.5 years old. The tylenol 3 didnt do a thing to her.

atarax doesn't do ****! srry hopeful. lol, I was on it for migraines and it didn't do nething. I had to get on Topamax, but got off the week before my BFP.

The kicker is my migraines dissapeared when I got pg.

Try Tylenol w/ 1 cup reg. soda a day before the headaches hit. you can safely have up to 300mg. of caffiene a day.

Martika, yeah, I have found they dont do a lot for me either unless I take them with Tylenol then go to bed, but I wasnt sure if it was just me or the meds. But when I take them together they work great. The little bit of caffeine is a good idea too. :-)
