morning sickness

does anyone else ever get sickness if they are hungry?.. it seems that right before a meal i am sooo sick!!

All the time!! Even when I'm not pregnant...but I keep saltine crackers, or something easy nearby all the time, and that seems to help.

Yes, when your stomach is empty, the sickness gets worse! try to eat a lot of small meals all day. It helped me. I would eat six small meals instead of 3 big ones!  Eating too much would make me sick also.

Yes, thats how I feel.. The nausea comes in waves for me but it gets much much worse when my stomach is empty.  They suggest eating smalls meals throughout the day to help with that.. goodluck!

yep I was really sick this morning before I ate my breakfast then I was just sorta sick

LOL...i get this so called "morning sickness" at any point during the day...last week it was around 3pm ish and lasted til about 7pm ish...it ruined my ending of the day at work and made for a lousy night

today so far (since its not 3pm yet) im trying to eat bread and crackers and hoping that works

that is exactly what i go thru!  i am careful about eatting too many acidity foods like tomato sauce because it tears me apart!  i also eat lots of smaller meals like chantal had mentioned.  it keeps me full and content.  if i don't eat the VERY SECOND i start to get hungry, i'm in trouble!!!!
