nearly 3 weeks since scan was no heartbeat am i going to miscarry SOOO FRUSTRATED

hey i was just wondering if im going to miscarry ? i had my scan nearly 3 weeks ago baby measured 5mm  but with no heartbeat, saw gestational sac but no yolk sac . if i am going to miscarry would i have m/c by now?? its soo frustrating waiting

oo and i have lost all my symptoms.... hmmmm.............boobs hurt a little tho

well if your boobs still hurt that could be a good sign.... But why havent they given you another ultrasound.? I would treat myself as if I am still pregnant and the baby is fine. Keep taking prenatal vitamins, drink plenty of water and eat good. You should call your doctor and tell them you need another scan or go to the hospital and tell them you think something may be wrong and you need an ultrasound. With my 1st I was so scared that I was losing her because I never had any symptoms that I went to the ER and told them that I was bleeding. That way they wont check you internally and they gave me an ultrasound. But I would get an scan as soon as you can. If its been 3 weeks already they should be able to see more or let you know if the baby is not "well" Good luck and please let us know. But get to a doctor!

When is your next ultrasound, you should get one...if the doctor felt like you were going to miscarry and you haven't already, I think there's a chance you didn't miscarry. If you haven't had any bleeding and severe cramping I would just relax and try not to think about it because the more you do it's just stressing you out more. I know it's hard, but if that was 3 weeks ago and you still haven't had any bleeding(even though it's possible to miscarry withoout bleeding)  but there's a chance that you baby is still alive.  Since your scan 3 weeks ago, have you had your HCG levels tested and another ultrasound, if not you need to get one. Have you had any signs of a miscarriage so far?? When I was 5 weeks pregnant I was told there was no sign of a pregnancy meaning no sac, no yolk, no fetus, no heartbeat, NOTHING!!! They couldn't see ****, and they told me it was an ectopic pregnancy and they would have to take it out right away or else...I wasn't feeling that so I went to another hospital one week later where they spotted my baby and the heartbeat right away...it was just too early at 5 weeks for them to see anything...now I'm almost 24 weeks, and throught out my first 3 months, I lost symptoms and I would keep taking pregnancy tests just to make sure...I finally got back my pregnancy symptoms when I was around 14 weeks...my morning sickness is now worse than ever...Some women experience it, some don't, some come and go you know?? But go in for an ultrasound and get a blood test to make sure.

How many weeks are you?  Sometimes a heart beat can take up to 8 weeks to establish.  In my experience, I had a missed miscarriage which means the fetus stops growing but your body does not respond (ie doesn't miscarry) right away.  My 1st stopped growing at 7 weeks and I didn't miscarry until 12 weeks.  You definatly need an ultrasound to see if there is any progress, stay positive.

hiya thanks for the responces  this would be my 3rd miscarriage in 8 months my first m/c was a missed m/c i didnt bleed until 12 week stopped growing at 9 wks i have another ultrasound next week sorry i 4got 2 mention that in my first post. oo and i just went for a wee (sorry tmi) and was a little light light pink blood hmmm i think i maybe starting to miscarry now :(

If I were you I would definetly go to the ER or somewhere where they can do a scan right then! But if you still have any symptoms at all then I would think your baby is still ok. I had a missed misscarriage in 2003 and I lost all my symptoms! If you still have any 1 sign that says pregnant than you are still with a thriving baby and you should get a scan right away!
