ot but really...i feel sick

I'm currently having chest pain..its dull but there. Its also traveling down my arms. My hands are kind of going numb on and off. I'm feeling kind of faint, but mostly just the annoying pain in my chest...I felt nauscious for a second too...kind of out of breath...I just dont know what to do. Im at work and my mom (who also works with me) is at a dr appt. So were short handed. I drove myself to work, I normally car pool with mom...but I dont want to drive..I jsut feel so weird...its almost like heart burn but its higher up...and doesnt feel the same as it normally does. I took some meds for heart burn though so Im just praying this goes away. I am NOT pregnant by the way..im just worried about how I feel since I've never experienced this....What to do..I just wanna go home..

ok so i am not a doctor or anything but that sounds more like an anxiety attack than anything
you probably feel like you heart is racing as well

Panic attacks come and go i would see a doctor if i were you but you need to calm down if anything and tell a co worker to drive you to a clinic or something

I'm an old friend to anxiety...I have an anxiety disorder and I have a panic attack at least once a day..and I have been on meds for it. I know exactly how I am during an attack and this is just weird...Maybe I am just thinking too much into it...and its causing at attack..I have been trying to calm down for the last hour...I just feel so weird..I'm just waiting until it goes away... I hope its just gas or something lol...

And my heart is not really racing...it does during an attack but I'm pretty calm to where my heart isnt racing..I was feeling my pulse and its fine to me..I still wanna go home though hah
