pcos and pregnancy

hi guys so i found out about a year ago that i have pcos (polycystic ovarien syndrome) and my fiance and i have been trying for a bub for a while now so in the last weeks i have been feeling very tired and hav no energy and was vomiting for 2 days straight! do you no any reason y?? could i be pregnant??
