i know how that is, im 7 weeks to and already went up a cup size. ( i was a size c) what i do is try to where a firm bra that supports good. but ive been finding that not wearing one at all at home helps to. first 30 mins of not wearing one they hurt bad, but after that there almost normal. sorry your having such pain

Take a hot shower, it helps me.. and a tight bra I dont take off, unless I am in the shower..

I feel for you. Mine hurt so bad when I was pregnant with my first 2 that I thought I was going to die. I really wanted to cry. For me, wearing a bra was better also. Get a good supportive maternity bra that will allow for expansion (because you're probably not done with that) and will allow you to expand cup wise after the baby is born. I don't know if you are planning on nursing or not but nursing bras are really good because you can pretty much wear them from the beginning of pregnancy until you are done with nursing.
