pre seed/ vitex

pre seed WHere can I buy this stuff?? any local stores carry it , or is it a online thing only??

looking for a good recipe  here , going to try vitex first time this month, anybody have any suggestion how much of this I should take a day. they are 500 mg tabs and I seen some sites where people take 2-4 tabs a day is this right?? And what else shoudl I take with it???

I haven't heard of Vitex before. And Pre-Seed is not sold in stores so you'll have to buy it online. I purchased mine from early-pregnancy-tests *******.

I take it! You can get Vitex at any local health food store! it only cost 10$$!
I need to chk out i swear i thought pre seed is available at limited amount of stores you just have to go that website and see!

I purchased preseed at the same place Joy did online BUT I thought it was a big waste of money...I used it for months with no luck and stopped and a few months later got my bfp without it...I guess it could be different for everyone though.

I dont know what vitex is but preseed I also got at the same place Joy did. I used it for two months the first month nothing happened but the next month I was pregnant. Good luck

I got the vitex its 500mg. I seen where some women are taking 2-4 tabs a day( like 1 -2 int he morning & 1-2 in the evening) , do u think they have a lower mg??? because 1000-2000 mg of vitex seems like way to much,  i've only taken 1 a day so far.

Also, has anyone found taking extra B vitamns or fish oils helped??

I have plenty of CM so do u think pre seed would be a waste???
