I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this question. I had not had my period in 5 months and my gyno put me on provera. I really want to conceive but I dont know how long it usually takes. Am i able to get pregnant right after taking provera? ( I have had my period for 4 days now) thanks!!
How long were you on the Depo? I was on it for five years , and have been off it now for about three. I have heard many people say that it will take you as long to conceive as you were on it. (ie, if you were on it for 2 years it will take you two years to conceive). This may or may not be true, but what is true is that Depo thins out the lining of the uterus, so even though you may have your period, your uterus still might not be where it needs to be in order to supportSupport Support 500 a baby, or even implant the egg. Also, you might want to try ovulation kits. I hope this helps, and good luck.
I was on the Depo shot for 12 years and I had been off of it for 11/2 years and then i got the implanon but I never got my period back yet and i think that the implanon broke and I think that I am pregnant, I have all of the symptoms and stuff but I have had 3 negative tests but i think that it is too early to get a positive result i think that I am 3 weeks. Any advice?
