pregnancy going wrong?

i am now 7 weeks pregnant could you try and figure out what you think may happen
as they are twins and the 1st week i went for a scan they only saw 2 empty sacs and 2 weeks on i have gone back and 1 sac is 17.3mm x 13.3 mm x13.2 mean 14.6mm  and embryo is inconclusive. whilst the other is only 8.8 mm x 6.8 mm  x 9.1mm mean8.2mm
and embryo is not seen here again on this one either also neither one have a heartbeat and i am not in any pain or lost no blood either so what is happening will i have 1 baby or 2 or none?

when did you go for a scan? are you sure of your dates?

I went in for my appt. on 10/30 - 6wks.  The was a sac but small and no heatbeat.  I was devistated. The following week i went back 10/6.  And there was my baby with a heatbeat and all !! As the doctor continued she found it's twin also with a heat beat.  She said that the implantation was delayed by a few days because I am 7wks but the babies only mesurse 6wks3d.  I hppe this give you some hope...

i dont feel pregnant at all either as the dr s dont seem to see an embryo in either sac do you think they could have died? only thing is the sacs have got bigger? it doesnt make sense to me? do you know?
