pregnancy symptoms, negative tests

Hello,
I am 3 weeks late. I have been on BC pill for over 2 years. I'm very bad at taking them at the same time, maybe between 4p and 12a every night. I missed 2 pills in June maybe a week or so apart. Me and boyfriend had sex during week of ovulation (I never knew what my ovulation dates were till now). Starting 4 days before expected period date I had some very light spotting and cramping, lasted through Monday. I missed a period in March, had negative tests and never any symptoms. Now I have many symptoms: headaches, few lower back aches, light nausea, cramping, feeling bloated, sore breasts, and I don't feel real tired, but more so than usual. I took a test a couple days & a week after missed period and both negative. I have been through a little bit of stress lately with job, but with 7 years of having periods I've never missed one before the one in March.
With the pill, even with the missed ones, I wouldn't think it would be pregnancy, but I am worried about the symptoms. I've never had these happen before.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

hi there i have same kind of situations like u. all the same symptoms and al most 3 weeks late. did 5 hpts all neg. so now tomorrow i am going to my doc. lets see. u should also visit ur dic for BT. lets see. well pregnacy is not my plan yet. i hope i will be neg.. good luck to u.

Not taking your birth control pills will definitly throw your period off.  Also, stress.  I was on b/c pills for alomst 7 1/2 years, took them everyday like I was supposed to and I stil managed to miss my period on 2 different months.  The doctor said it could have been due to excersizing, stress, and many other factors.  A blood test will say for sure.  Though it is possible to ger pregnant while on th epill.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm still waiting to see what happens. I'm supposed to start on Tuesday, so we'll see what happens. If nothing then I will see doctor.
