Bibi~ My Dr. didn't tell me to do Kick counts UNTIL my son was kicking a TON each and every day.
every baby is different, some womenWomen's way feel their baby kicking every day all the time by 25 weeks or so (usually with the second or third pregnancy tho)
some don't feel it til about 32-35 weeks. Mine told me to begin them around 33 weeks because at that point I felt him kick alot.
And this is what he told me to do:
He said to ONLY count an hour after eating, because otherwise the baby might be sleeping and I would freak myself out over nothing.
He told me as long as I count 5 kicks OR movements within an hour after eating... that all was fine!
