pregnant and concerned

I have a 28 day cycle and last month ovulated on day 21.  My period was 5 days late this month and during that time I got negative hpt's.  On day 6 of my period being late I got my period which I thought was a relatively normal so thought pregnancy was out of the question.  I just found out I am pregnant?  I am concerned?  How can this be?

well sometime it can be that your just letting all the stuff that your body dont need out that happens....my sister had her period 4 month into her pregnancy
