r u sick of me yet?

it's me again... talking about my limbo of a miscarriage.. 1 week I find out for sure.. but now I am having a lot of lower back pain...  for those who hadn't read my numerous posts.. I was a week late with my period, had positive HPT .. positive HCG.. then bled for 4 days, first 2 days slightly heavy (but not like a period) then mostly spotting brown discharge... still nauseuos and now I am having some lower back pain like when your on your period... you know?/ I have a tipped uterus that is also twisted.. so I am just curious if maybe I'm still pregnant and that is the cause of the back pain.. just thinking out loud... thanks for listening

i had lower back pain with my first m/c and brown spotting and bleeding that wasnt heavy. im now going through my 2nd miscarriage and im having the same thing. except the back pain isnt as bad. i would take it easy
