red dots

hi i'm 20weeks pregnant. and recently i had some red big dots behind my tongue. causing pain in my throat while swallowing things. i don't feel like taking dinner. sometimes i have fever at night. pain in muscles. and pain in stomach.
is it normal with pregnant women.or there is something wrong..please guide me. i really need your support.

I don't think it is normal.  You may want to go to the doctor and have them check you it out.  It may be strep throat or something else.

I would say got to the Dr and have them do a throat coulture. It sounds to me like strep throat or something else also.

No, go to the Dr.'s..it may be strep throat which needs to be treated.
