Anybody else having this restlessRestless leg syndrome leg problem? Mine is only when I go to bed, my whole body is tired, except my legs feel like I need to go run a marathon!!! I can't get any sleep!! I am constantly getting out of bed to walk around for a bit! Any suggestions on what I can do to help or stop this problem?
I think I have developed RLS as well. It is hard for me to fall asleep, and then when I do get to sleep, I keep waking up with hipHip joint replacement Hip pain cramps. I havne't found anything that works yet, but am going to ask my doc about it! I get mine during the day too when I am sitting.
Sorry I couldn't help, just thought I would let you know you are not alone!
I have the same thing. Try drinking more water and believe it or not bananas help a ton. I try to do stretching at night before bed also. It seems to help. How far along are you?
I am 33w 2d. Its not the leg cramps that I get anymore, I have increased my calcium and potassium which helped a lot with that!! Just feels like I gotta keep my legs moving!! It really sucks, my dh says I kick him constantly through the night!! I told him that if I have to suffer so does he! lol! I do secretly feel bad about it though!!
I get it too, along with the hipHip joint replacement Hip pain pain. My legs even seem to get more restlessRestless leg syndrome when my husband caresses/massages them. My Dr said he thinks it's my sciatic nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity and has suggested a chiropractor (sp?) He said the only other option is Ibuprophen that I could only take for 72 hrs and then I would have to stop due to the risk of Ibuprophen. He thinks I would get long term results from getting my spine lined. Just something to consider. Be sure to find one that deals with pregnant womenWomen's way if you go that route.
