scar tissue and pregnancy

Hi I had two miscarriages, the last one was on june, but I'm going to a fertility center where they found I have scar tisue and blood cloags. I was supposed to have surgery on November 28, so I had a pregnancy blood test but it came out negative. I was supposed to have a cycle, which by Nov 20, I did not. My doctor precribed progesterone 10 mg so I could get my period. I still do not have a period, and my breast hurts. Could I be pregnant? Would I have another miscarriage if I'm pregnant and with scar tissue?

I have to say I honestly don't know. You'll have to all and ask your doc. Don't worry about feeling silly, no question is stupid.
