Hi there. actually i did have that problem about a week or so ago. i felt short of breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor, but im a smoker ( i know shame on me) so i dont know if it was from that, or the pregnancy. i believe i have had that (sob) to some degree w/ all of mine. it got worse the bigger i got, but i wanted to let you know that i too had that not too long ago. of course that in itself almost threw me into a total anxiety attack :( but ive been better since (so far). good luck!
I exsperienced something similar during pregnancy.......I would describe mine as if I was unintentionally holding my breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor and then I would have to inhale and exhale real big however, during any sort of activity(by activity I mean walking from one room to the other) I would find my self short of breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor.....I would say it is part of the exhaustion that pregnancy causes you that makes you feel a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys over worked and sometimes short of breath even as early as 8 weeks......I think it is normal but if you have any other health issues that may contribute the shortness of breath outside of pregnancy I would consider that something you would want to monitor more closely than others
Thank you soo much for your input. It may the smoker thing.. I am a smoker as well.. Although I have cut down so much since I found out I am expecting and hoping to quit by the end of the week.. It is a very difficult addiction and I don't judge you. We all know it's not healthy for us or our unborn children.. It's the quitting part that is incredibly difficult.
Really curious if anyone has experienced this and if I should be concerned? Thanks!
