strange my period only came for a day

my period came on the day it was due it was brown and only about a tea spoon full and that was it,it was finish now 3days on it has not come back.am i pregnant we were trying i am scared i might not be so i dont want to take the test

If i were you i would wait a day or two, then test first thing in the morning.  I am in a similar situation and I am now having brown discharge only when i wipt, my dr said it could be implantation bleeding or it may be the start of my period, but it isn't due for another couple of days.... Im very confused also, if the color of you "period", is bright red and heavy, more than likely its your period, however, if its light and dark, it may just be "implantation bleeding".   Have you called your doctor?

its normally heavy and red and last for 5-6 days ,this was brown and small amount and their is no sign of it 3days on

please believe me when i say i understand u not wanting to test, i was ttc for 3 years and in december AND january i had both light and brown "spotting" and i didnt want to take a hpt because i was tired of buying them and being dissapointed but guess what i sucked it up and took one about 2 weeks ago and i am 12 weeks pregnant! so give it a week or so and still nothing give in and buy one.

Sounds like implantation bleeding to me. If you're nervous about taking the test, just wait until you have symptoms or missed period. Good luck! I know BFN can be heartbreaking.
