wierd bleeding

i need advice really bad. I was suppose to start my period on Nov. 5th but didn't. About 4 days ago, i started spotting brown and pink and kept doing it until today. Today, i bled really heavy like it was the middle of my period and then it just stopped. Usually, i bleed light for a day, then heavy for a couple of days, then light again. So this is a really wierd period for me. My period only lasts for 6 days so i should have bled heavy like two days ago but it just happened today. Any advice?

The same thing happened to me last month, and I'm never, EVER irregular. I thought I was pregnant on the first try and luckily I had a pap coming up and my doctor said it may have just been a fluke or just stress from trying to get pregnant. If you're still concerned take a test!!
