Yea I agree douching is safe and you really shouldn't ever do it.
Use a pH balanced wash such as summers eve or vagisil, just don't use it internally.
You really shouldn't douche at anytime.e, it throws you pH balance off and makes you more susceptible to yeast infections, and being pregnant your body is already in over drive hormonally.
But if you really feel like you need something to make you feel "cleaner" call your midwife and ask her for some suggestions.
