Contractions??

All day I've been having these sharp cramp like pains in my pubic area and lower bump. They've been pretty intense and I'm hoping it's labor starting up, but my question is do you feel the contractions at the top of your bump too? Because I haven't felt anything higher then my belly button but some of these cramps get really intense.

My braxton hicks actually cover the whole belly, but for me my real contractions stay lower. I feel them in my pubic area and lower belly amd theu tend to wrap around in my bum.

It's hard to say. It's probably bh though. I had them really bad with my last pregnancy and I was induced at 40.1

It sounds like braxton hicks. :( not the answer you were hoping for. But, I have always noticed that my BH get really intense the days before labor. :) so it could be gearing up
