21 weeks ans constipated

Hello Ladies! Before pregnancy I've had trouble with going regularly. Now it seems like constipation is making a home in my body. Anyone else experiencing constipation? If so what do you take to help things move along? I'm trying to drink more water.

Thanks for your input!

You can eat lots of greens and also take a probiotic daily.

Prune juice works well. But basically eating more fruits and vegetables and continuing to drink more water will help a lot. Fruits and veggies have more fiber than cereals.
