36+1 contractions?

I've been having mild but regular contractions all day. No other signs but I did lose my mucus plug a week ago. Could this be the start of labor?

I have been laying down for the past hour and they're still coming, timing them and they are about every 8 mins. Seem to have an increase in discharge now too but no bloody show as yet

Yes start timing them. They sound like the real thing. If you want to make it happen start walking around and that will help maybe increase the pain and make then closer together. Good luck!

I'm 36 weeks 1 day, I think I'm going to start timing them now, they feel roughly 8-10 mins apart and are lasting about a minute. They are painful, but not too much to handle. Getting alot of pressure and they seem to be getting stronger
