A cold during pregnancy

Is there any safe medications I can take for a cold. I have stuffy nose, itchy eyes, and slight headache. Anything to relief my symptoms?

Thanks ladies for your comments. I am going to the doctor on Monday if this cold doesn't go away.

You may want to talk with your Dr. My Dr told me I can take anything over the counter unless it has D in it and also if I have an infection to talk to my pcp about antibiotic. Ive taken Claritin with no problems due to me having allergies but I took it once and my symptoms were relieved. I think it depends on what you are ok with taking and what your Dr says is okay to take

I also bought the saline nose spray but it's not really been helping me.

I've had alot of nasal congestion, stuffy/runny nose and a bad cough. I've been sleeping ALOT! Also I've taken some Tylenol (just 2 a day) and to help sleep I'll take benedryl (2 at night) I'm slowly getting better.
