My obgyn said nose bleeds are normal. Use a humidifier and some saline spray to help moisturize your nose. As long as you aren't losing a crazy amount of blood you should be fine.

Yes, I've had nose bleeds my entire pregnancy.  I'm 38wks tmr and they have gotten much worse the past few wks. Every time I blow my nose or throw up  its absolutely horrible! I was told it'll stop after you deliver

I agree with baileycass, but also what is the weather like where you are? I know it's not exactly winter in the us anymore, but where I live it just dropped 40° (down to 20°) in two days and snowed today.

Are the bad nose bleeds? I read that in the last trimester it's normal to happen. I had a few nothing serious more so when I blow my nose I had them. And I'd get all stuffed up.
If its serious nose bleeds I'd call a doc and double check with them.
