I had the same problem. It's simply growing pains. As your uterus grows with the baby, you will have cramps similar to menstrual cramps. Just rest when you can and ask your doctor if you can take some Tylenol.  I'm 30 weeks+ and my baby and I are great! God bless you!

I am 7 weeks now and it's my first pregnancy.   I have had cramps with no spotting for two weeks now.  Yesterday I decided to have a couch day and just rested all day.  I put a pillow under my legs to have then elevated (my cousin suggested this to me) This seems to have worked for me,  no more cramps today :)

I'm going threw the same thing as you. Its really nothing they can do you kinda just have to let your body go threw it. Now if the pain increases and you have bright red blood and soaking up pads I would go to the hospital. You may just want to take it easy and relax and if you have someone you can call to help you around the house I would call them. Be sure to stay hydrated as well best of luck to you.
