Abscess on vjj

I'm 35eks,6 days n I went to the hospital and the doctor said I had a abscess n they had to drain it and put a small catheter in. I didn't know what was about to happen, it hurt like crazy is all I can say. If anyone has something like this get it check right away because it will only get worse.

I had a bartholins cyst gland abcess (which is what im guessing youre describing) twice. The first time they gave me a local anaesthetic andcut it open, drained it and put the catheter in. It was horrible. The catheter also fell out the next day for me. Then 2 months after it came back and I had to be put under this time. They cut it open and drained it, then sewed it open to keep it draining and to heal from the inside out. I was actually pregnant while going under this procedure and didnt know. Anyways, heres hoping it doesnt return for a third time. It is indeed a very painful thing to go through, and the amount of money I have lost from not being able to work has really put me back unfortunately.

I've had two during this pregnancy. Mine have drained without having to be cut, dr said it's very common to get, it hurts so bad and makes you appreciate your normal vajay lol, but I'm sure you have much relief now.
