Do u ladies plan on using waste trimming belts on stomach after baby? I just bought one today there great it flattens my stomach I dont want my stomach to stay swollen so I use it brings stomach down its not easy wearing them but definitely helps!

I liked to wear a full garment, it goes from under my boobs down my knee, pants week fit much sooner, it helps with everything!

W my first I wore it as soon as I got out of hospital my tummy went dwn fast like 2 wks max I think for sure I'm gona do again it is uncomfy but worth it
I went to a store around me in jersey in Elizabeth it had all types of keep it together lol or u can go online waste trimming belts and purchase in nude color u can wear under anything.
