August Mommies

I am experiencing extreme back pain at just 20+4.  I no matter how I sit or lay down it hurts.  Do any of you have the same problem?  How did you relieve it if so?

I'm 22+2and I've been having lower back pain too. I think it is from how I am sleeping. I have tried propping myself up with more pillows under my belly and it helps. I also use a heat pack and stretch.

I'm also 20+4. I use a heat pack on my back  before going to sleep. And a good walk to help stretch the muscles works too.

MIne started at 16 weeks. I can't lay on my back or sit at an angle or I will not be able to move. I'm 23 weeks now. I guess I just learn my dos and donts.
