BH contractions

I know alot of people say you cant feel them. Im 34 weeks and the past 3 days have menstrual like cramping in my back. Im not dehydrated i been drinking alot ofn liquid so i know that's not the cause of cramps. Cant it be bh?

Sounds like braxton hicks to me...I can have about three braxton hicks in fifteen minutes and then not have any for a few hours...but you can feel them...they can be uncomfortable...when I lay on my side and rub my belly they go away

Yea they arent close together they come and go every couple hours but sometimes when i move i feel them more.  I always had back achs and problems with being on my feet to long so i know that's not what its from. Just wasnt really sure ifbit was bh or not

I'm 31 weeks in the same boat, haven't had many responses but all anyone can really do is speculate... Try timing them, I downloaded free app that times them, if they get less than ten minutes apart or too strong I'd call and check in with your doctor. Good luck.

I have always felt my braxton hicks contractions with all three pregnancies
